Let's Go!! Gina is packed and ready to get on the plane!
We're on our way...
One of the prettier places we stopped for an evening. Marble Canyon Provincial Park, really not much more than a roadside campground.
Just another day in the mountains...
A real highlight: trolling in the sound with a guide, I fought 3 big fish, and landed these two chinook (King) Salmon. 15lb and 18lb.
No question, I got my money's worth on this.
We couldn't leave without one good hug. A popular bumper sticker in B.C. reads "Hug a logger, you'll never go back to trees!" A bonafide tree hugger...
A charming 90 year old 12 story hotel in Vancouver's ritzy Westside...immediately adjacent to the Stanley Gardens. We could've spent an entire day there on foot.
A hotel with character..
Rolling through Customs to board a plane home. Fourof these six pieces of luggage were doomed to lose their way before we landed in Orlando. Not, thank god, the one with the frozen salmon!
There's 15lbs of frozen salmon under that pile..
