Both Ritz photo and Wolf Camera and Video now provide
a service which scans your photos at the time of processing, then puts
the scans on the internet for downloading. This incremental service only
costs about $5 per roll. The jpg scans from both stores are actually done
by the same place and the quality is good (768 X 512 pixels). With Ritz,
you can still get your prints in 1 hour, but with Wolf, your internet pictures
are posted in 48 hours instead of 10 days. I had these done by Wolf Camera
at http://wolf.photonet.com/
You can see a full-sized full-quality sample here
if you don't mind downloading 132K. All other pictures here were cropped,
resized and thinned down for WWW-posting with Paint Shop Pro.
