At the Top of the Hell's Gate tram. Descend to the steepest and most torrential section of the Fraser River.
Finally found a campsite alongside a Lake.. This was actually a pretty crummy, rundown campground. But it was at the end of a long road, and it did have lakeside spots. However, the lake was dead.
tranquil, quiet, peaceful. Frankly, I don't know where this was...I think Linda took this one.
No bites here either...
I really wanted some waders. I know the big rainbows were out there in the deep part.
Where's the surf? They've got a rather twisted idea of what constitutes a "beach". 14 foot tides and lots of rocks.
OK, we finally toured some gardens.. Stanley Park, in west Vancouver. A huge municipal park including an honest-to-god rainforest.
